Nature of Products

All SMAZON products are digital or custom design services. There is no physical shipping or return.

Ready-made Digital Products

Due to the immediate accessibility or downloadability of the file upon delivery, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded after the download link has been sent or opened, unless the file is corrupted, inaccessible, or substantially different from the description.

Before File Delivery

If the customer contacts us before the product is delivered or the download link is made available, the cancellation request will be reviewed based on the order status.

Services and Custom Designs

After implementation begins, the value of the completed portion is not refundable. Acceptance of cancellation or modification depends on the stage of work and the agreed scope of service.

Technical Issues

If you encounter a problem downloading or opening the file, contact us with your order number, product name, and a screenshot of the issue. We will attempt to fix the file or resend a valid link before considering any refund.
