At SMAZON, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it differs between physical products and digital products.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if it is damaged or defective)
Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
SMAZON is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files, printable worksheets, templates, and e-books), all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions
A refund may be issued in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The delivered product is significantly different from its description
- A technical error occurred during checkout and the product was not delivered

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

المنتجات المادية
شروط الإرجاع
يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب بشرط أن:
- يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية
- يكون في عبوته الأصلية
- تقديم إثبات الشراء (رقم الطلب أو الإيصال)
المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع
لا يمكن إرجاع:
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة أو المعدلة
- المنتجات التي تم طلب إرجاعها بعد مرور 30 يوماً
- المنتجات التي تحمل علامة "تخفيض نهائي"
كيفية طلب الإرجاع
لبدء طلب الإرجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني:
مع تزويدنا بالمعلومات التالية:
- رقم الطلب
- سبب الإرجاع
- صور المنتج (في حال وجود تلف أو عيب)
سيقوم فريق الدعم بالرد خلال 2–3 أيام عمل مع تعليمات الإرجاع.
تكاليف شحن الإرجاع
- يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج معيباً أو تم إرساله بالخطأ.
- نوصي باستخدام شركة شحن توفر رقم تتبع.
لا تتحمل SMAZON مسؤولية الطرود المرتجعة المفقودة.
الاسترداد
بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنقوم بإبلاغك بقبول أو رفض طلب الاسترداد.
في حال الموافقة:
- يتم رد المبلغ خلال 5–10 أيام عمل
- يتم الاسترداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية
- رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد
المنتجات الرقمية
نظراً لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية (ملفات قابلة للتنزيل، أوراق عمل، قوالب، وكتب إلكترونية)، فإن جميع المبيعات تعتبر نهائية بعد تنزيل المنتج أو الوصول إليه.
الاستثناءات
يمكن إصدار استرداد في الحالات التالية:
- الملف تالف أو لا يمكن فتحه
- المنتج مختلف بشكل كبير عن الوصف
- حدث خطأ تقني أثناء الشراء ولم يتم تسليم المنتج
